Prioritizing your healing
To benefit The Collective
Murmuration Healing is a community-centered therapy practice helping adolescents, adults and families navigate life’s complexities.
We believe healing does not happen in isolation.
Through compassionate, evidence-informed care, our team helps you build a stronger relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Approach
We believe therapy works best when it honors the complexity of being human. Our goal is not to tell you who to become. It is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Our work is grounded in
Trauma-informed care
Humanistic and person-centered therapy
Harm reduction
Integrative treatment approaches
Equity and justice-oriented values
Authentic therapeutic relationships
Why Murmuration?
A murmuration is the collective movement of birds responding to one another in real time. Each bird maintains its own path while remaining connected to the larger group.
This idea sits at the heart of our practice.
We believe healing is both deeply personal and inherently relational. While therapy often begins with an individual, growth rarely happens alone. Our relationships, communities, and environments shape who we are and how we heal.
Murmuration Healing exists to support people in finding connection, resilience, and belonging as they navigate life’s challenges.
